Ordinance to Amend JCC Code Section 23-9, Performance standards, by adding Section 23-9(b)(11) which establishes buffers to protect resource management areas, which include:  a fifty foot buffer along intermittent streams and non-RPA wetlands; a variable width buffer between fifty feet and one hundred feet along creek mainstems with approved watershed management plans; and a twenty-five foot buffer beginning from the edge of the variable width buffer.
