Board of Zoning Appeals
Members are appointed for five-year terms by the Circuit Court. The Board has the jurisdiction to act on appeals of any administrative decision related to the Zoning Ordinance and to grant variances to the ordinance provisions when authorized by law.

Zoning Applications must be submitted 5 weeks prior to meeting
Application Fee = $500
Administrative Variance Fee - $250
All meetings are held in Building F of the Government Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Road, at 7p.m. unless otherwise noted.
