Historical Commission
The mission of the Historical Commission is to further the efforts of the County to document, commemorate, preserve, protect, and promote the rich historical heritage of James City County.
In honor of the 375th anniversary of James City County, the Historical Commission is pleased to present a series of free talks on several aspects of our rich history.
Want to get involved? The Historical Commission is always accepting applications for new members! If you’re interested, fill out an application and either mail it to the indicated address or drop it off in Building C of the James City County Office Complex.
