PURCHASE OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS PROGRAM

Instructions to Applicant:
Application Form. Type or print in dark ink. Complete all items or state "information not known." If additional space is needed, please attach a separate page. All owners of the property must sign the application.
Submit the following items if conveniently available:
- Deed - A copy of the deed with instrument number under which the owners acquired the property and any subsequent deeds for the property.
- Deeds of Trust - If there are any deeds of trust (mortgages) on the property, a copy of the deed of trust with instrument number.
- Survey or Plat - A copy of a survey, plat or tax map of the property. Note the location of any existing dwellings on the property and any areas the owners wish to exclude from this application.
