FY 2002-2003 Public Hearings and Work Sessions
The Board of Supervisors of James City County invites comments on the Proposed Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, and June 20, 2004. Oral comments may be presented at the public hearing scheduled on:
Tuesday, April 23, 2002 - 7:00 p.m. - James City County Government Center, 101-C Mounts Bay Road
- Regular Board of Supervisors' Meeting
- Public Hearing on Budget and Real Estate Tax Rate
Budget work sessions will be held in the Board Room at the County Government Center.
Tuesday, April 30, 2002 - 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 2, 2002 - 7:00 p.m. - cancelled
- Board of Supervisors' Work Session on Proposed Budget

- Adoption of Budget
The public is encouraged to attend. Cable Information Channel 48 will broadcast these hearings and work sessions.
Written comments may be mailed to the Office of the County Administrator, P.O. Box 8784, Williamsburg, Virginia, 23187-8784; or may be presented to the Board at its public hearing. Additional copies of the Proposed Budget will be available at the Department of Financial and Management Services located in Building A, James City County Government Center; James City Library, Williamsburg Library, and at the Satellite Services Office in Toano.
