Facilities and Grounds
This Division provides a comprehensive program of maintenance and repair for all County and selected joint use buildings, structures, and grounds. The Division consists of two sections:
Facilities, with four operating units:
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Electrical
- Building Maintenance
- Custodial Services
Parks and Grounds Maintenance, with three operating units:
- County Parks and Grounds
- Street Program
- Williamsburg-James City County School's Grounds
