Mission Statement - Provide services to James City County's citizens and departments in maintaining their assets, and providing project management oversight in an effective and efficient manner.
Vision Statement - Respond to customers' needs with a "can do" attitude that emphasizes action, results, innovation, responsiveness, and personal accountability toward getting the job done. We will maintain focus on meeting the needs of our customers by completing work on time and on budget while redirecting our resources where scores were a "B-" on the General Services Report Card.
