Dental Plan Information

Each plan includes dental coverage with Delta Dental. Included with your health insurance premium is a choice among:
- DeltaCare, a managed care plan with a small network that covers major services;
- Preferred 1, a fee for service plan with a large network that covers basic services but not major services; or
- Preferred 2, a fee for service plan with a large network that covers basic and major services.
For an additional employee contribution, you may upgrade to Preferred 2.
If you have Preferred 2, you may lower your coverage.
Employees may waive health insurance and enroll in dental coverage only and receive a payment of $15 per month added to their paycheck.
Employees may waive both health and dental coverage and receive a a payment of $15 per month added to their paycheck.
