The Working Towards Wellness program is designed to provide County employees with the information and resources needed to achieve and maintain a healthy and fit life-style.

In order to assist employees with achieving fitness goals, employees may receive a health risk appraisal, fitness assessment, and personal profile (customized fitness improvement plan) at the James City/Williamsburg Community Center at no cost.  If, after completing the appraisal and assessment an employees wishes to use the Community Center to attain their fitness goals, an access pass is provided, also at no cost.
