The Department has 90 sworn law enforcement officers and responds to more than 21,000 calls for service each year. The Department provides comprehensive law enforcement services to the citizens of James City County through its three functional components: Uniform Division, Investigations Division, and Community/Administrative Services Division. The Department provides police services to all areas of the County through patrol, general investigations, narcotics investigations, bike patrol, part-time marine patrol, and traffic enforcement. A full range of crime prevention services is also available.

| Midnight Shift | 10:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m. |
