Water and sewer services are available in different areas of the County. Contact Customer Services at (757) 253-6800 for information on these services or to establish service with JCSA. You may also complete the service request form below and send it online. It is advisable to call the JCSA at (757) 253-6800 to confirm receipt of this application and to confirm that your account has been established. Fees for new services will be billed to the address specified below.
