Photocopier Guidelines Effective January 1, 2008
- Every neighborhood should identify two people who will be the “copiers” to minimize confusion. If they are unable to come in, they must notify us as to who will be coming in to copy.
- Every neighborhood will have a code for the copier. The code must be entered each time copies are made. The code will be noted on the agreement and in the neighborhood file.
- Every neighborhood representative will complete a photocopier orientation.
- Neighborhood Connections will provide all standard paper (white, colored, letter, legal, 11 x 17) based on availability.
- Every neighborhood will have an allotted number of 60 copies per home per year. One doubled-sided page will count as two (2) copies.
- There are two (2) copying restrictions:
- Material must be neighborhood related.
- Disclosure packets or any printed materials containing paid advertisement shall not be copied on the Neighborhood Connections’ copier.
- The photocopying service will only be available at the Neighborhood Connections Office.
- Once your neighborhood has reached its yearly allotment, access to the copier will no longer be available. Automatic renewal will begin the first day in January.
- Usage cannot be transferred to another neighborhood code.
- Appointments are strongly encouraged. Appointments will help ensure the copier is available, working, and staff will be available to assist if needed.
- Be kind to the Environment – double-sided copying is encouraged.
