- This Winter/Spring 2010 edition of the Parks and Recreation Destination Recreation Activity Brochure will be released on Wednesday, December 16, available online only at www.jccEgov.com. Readers can download a copy from the County’s homepage at “What’s New in James City County.” For those who need internet access, Public computers are available at the Williamsburg and James City County libraries. A special kiosk will soon be available at the James City/Williamsburg Community Center. Releasing the brochure online only supports the County’s ongoing efforts to protect the environment by reducing paper circulation and eliminating printing and mailing costs.
