The “Neighborhoods Organizing Ways to Achieve Connections” database was recognized by the Virginia Association of Counties.
The new Williamsburg Trolley gives riders a relaxing way to travel between New Town, High Street and Merchants Square.
  • Trick-or-treat hours in James City County are 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 31 for children 12 and under.
  • Neighborhood Connections has won a 2009 Achievement Award from the Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) for the database “Neighborhoods Organizing Ways to Achieve Connections” (NOWAC). The database contains searchable information on County neighborhoods such as all neighborhoods with pools or clubhouses or who use management companies. Users can also register for upcoming trainings via the database. 

    NOWAC was named in honor of Ronnie Nowak, Neighborhood Connections’ first director.
