Notice of abandonment of right-of-way for the Old Longhill Gate Entrance

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

Take Notice that the Board of Supervisors of James City County, Virginia will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on December 10, 2002, at the James City County Government Center, 101-C Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia to consider the abandonment, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 33.1-151, of the old entrance to the Longhill Gate subdivision which is shown on James City County Real Estate Tax Map (31-4).

 

For more information on the proposed abandonment of the Longhill Gate right-of-way, please contact Bernie Farmer, Capital Projects Administrator, at 259-4117 or review the plats and plans at the County Attorney's Office, 101-C Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia, during normal business hours.

 

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing. Persons requiring an accommodation in order to participate in the hearing should call 253-6605, County Administration, three days prior to the meeting.
