Neighborhood Connections is partnering with Kaufman and Canoles to offer the 2003 Legal Aspects of Homeowners Association seminar series. The seminars will be held on Saturdays, January 24, 31, February 7, and 14, 2004, from 9 a.m. -.12 noon at Lafayette High School, 4460 Longhill Road, Williamsburg.

 

Topics include: Introduction to Legal Documents, Amendment of Documents, Architectural Guidelines and Rules/Regulations, and Meeting and Minutes.

 

James City County residents pay $25 per session or $75 for four sessions. Nonresidents pay $35 per sessions or $100 for four sessions. The fee covers light refreshments and resource materials.
