A new site for the County's convenience center in the Toano area is scheduled to open at the end of this summer.
Residents may continue to bring trash and recyclables to Jolly Pond Road Convenience Center, 1204 Jolly Pond Road, and Tewning Road Convenience Center, 107 Tewning Road. Jolly Pond is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and Tewning Road is open from 8 a.m. until noon Monday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
