Neighborhood Connections and the Central Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is sponsoring the seventh annual training, ABC's of Community Association Management, Saturday, March 20, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Ford's Colony Swim & Tennis Club, 302 St. Andrews Drive, Williamsburg. The program is designed for new homeowners association board and committee members. Topics covered are the creation, legal foundation, organization, and financial structure of community associations. A returning feature this year is a working lunch for questions and answers with legal counsel specializing in homeowners associations. The cost is $35. Registration is required.
