James City County Youth Advisory Council Recruiting New Members

James City County, VA -- James City County is currently recruiting members for next year's Youth Advisory Council. The 15-member board is comprised of students representing grades 8-12 in Williamsburg/James City County Schools. The Council, which is marking its sixth year, serves as a link between local youth and local government. Members participate in leadership activities; training opportunities, community service activities, as well as serve as a forum for younger residents to present their ideas.
