- County offices closed
- James City/Williamsburg Community Center and James River Community Center closed
- No curbside recycling Sept. 5; makeup day is Saturday, Sept. 3
- Williamsburg Library and James City County Library closed Sunday, Sept. 4, and Monday, Sept. 5
