Planning Commission Suggestions for New Residential Development

The Chair of the James City County Planning Commission has issued a memorandum regarding proposal reviews.  The memorandum outlines suggested design standards that the Planning Commission and their Development Review Committee will consider when reviewing proposals for new residential development, both by-right or with legislative approval.  The text of the memorandum can be found on the James City County website at the following web address:
