THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2007, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-F MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASE:
ZA-0012-2007 105 Briar Lane
Ms. Bonnie Mines is requesting a variance to Section 24-177, Minimum Setback Requirements, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance to permit the location of an existing deck. The variance requested is to reduce the required minimum front yard setback from fifteen feet (15’) to nine feet (9’) for the location of an existing deck. The property is currently zoned A-1, General Agricultural, and can be further identified as James City County Tax Map Number (24-3-05-0-005).
