Planning Division announces revised review fees

Beginning July 1, applications for zoning verification, additional site plan review, additional subdivision review, conceptual plan review, and public hearing deferral will carry a higher price tag. The fee increases reflect the increased costs and staff time involved with case reviews. The new fees will provide additional resources for plan reviews and will bring County fees more in line with comparable communities without increasing taxes. The Board of Supervisors approved the new fees in April as part of the County’s Fiscal Year 2008 budget.
