THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA, WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2008, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-F MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASE:
ZA-0002-2008 Ford’s Colony Section 37 Appeal of Interpretation
Ms. Lisa M. Murphy, Esq., on behalf of the Ford’s Colony Homeowner’s Association, is appealing the Zoning Administrator’s opinion and decision that James City County properly accepted the application for case titled Z-0008-2006/MP-0006-2007, Ford’s Colony Section 37: The Village of Ford’s Colony. The property is located at 3889 News Road and is further identified as James City County Tax Map Number 3730100004.
