THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY September 11, 2008, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-F MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASE:

 

ZA-0009-2008             426 Carriage Road

Mr. Vernon Geddy, III, on behalf of Mary A. Watkins, has applied for a variance to Section 24-258 (a) Yard Regulations, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of a single family dwelling at 426 Carriage Road. The variance requested is to reduce the required side yard setback from 10 feet to 4.4 and 4.5 feet feet respectively.   The property is currently zoned R-2, General Residential and can further be identified as James City County Real Estate Tax Map Number (39-1-05-0-0006).
