JCC hires New Assistant County Attorney

James City County has hired Angela King as the new assistant county attorney. She is a
Magna Cum Laude graduate of Indiana University Bloomington School of Law who also holds a BS in Geography and Anthropology from Florida State University.
County Attorney Leo Rogers says “Angela is a perfect fit for our organization and will be a great asset to the County. She will be involved in all legal matters including land transactions and environmental issues.”
While in law school, Angela worked on the Indiana Law Journal as managing editor and also co-authored with her professor, Savings Clauses and Trends in Natural Resources Federalism, published in the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. After graduating from law school, she and her husband moved to Yorktown to be closer to family.
