Stormwater Service Fee Credit Program Deadline Extended

The deadline for stormwater service fee credit applications has been extended to July 31, 2008. Organizations can receive a refund of up to 20 percent of their FY2008 stormwater service fee if approved. Information on eligible property owners and how to apply can be found at http://www.jccegov.com/stormwater/stormwaterservicefeecredtit.html.
Potential applicants should contact the Stormwater Division office before June 30, 2008 if interested in an application extension. Questions on the credit program should be directed to the Stormwater Division at (757) 259-1460 or stormwater@james-city.va.us.
In February 2008, James City County announced the Fiscal Year 2008 Credit Program. The Program is for properties with greater than two ERUs (equivalent residential units). It recognizes the work property owners are doing to meet environmental goals.
