James City County’s Community Services 2009 Annual Report is now available online at www.jccEgov.com. The Report highlights community accomplishments between July 2008 and June 2009 in the Community Services divisions of Colonial Community Corrections, Housing and Community Development, Neighborhood Connections, Parks and Recreation, Purchase of Development Rights, Social Services and the County Office of the Virginia Cooperative Extension.
The report has always been available online only, supporting the County’s ongoing efforts to protect the environment by reducing paper circulation and eliminating printing and mailing costs.
Readers can download a copy under “What’s New in James City County” from the County’s homepage. For those who need internet access, public computers are available at the Williamsburg Library, 515 Scotland Street and the James City County Library, 7770 Croaker Road.
