The Planning Commission Policy Committee will meet Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 4 p.m. in Building A of the James City County Government Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Road.
The Committee will discuss FY11 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) proposals, format for meeting minutes, and ex parte communications.
