James City County Cable Communications Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m., September 30, 2009 at the Community Video Center, 1114 Ironbound Road to continue planning for the upcoming Cox Communications franchise renewal process.
If Cox Communications customers in James City County cannot resolve customer service issues directly with Cox, the County and the Cable Communications Committee provide two ways customers can receive assistance: email cablecomments@jamescitycountyva.gov or leave a message on the cable comment hotline (757) 886-4006.
