THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF JAMES CITY COUNTY WILL HOLD AND ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON  MARCH 5, 2009, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE BOARD ROOM, 101-F MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

ZA-0001-2009             116 Carriage Road

 

Carolyn L. Russell Tucker and Collins S. Tucker, Jr. have applied for a variance to Section 24-258(b), Yard Regulations, of the James City County Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a single-family dwelling at 116 Carriage Road.  The variance requested is to reduce the required 35-foot rear yard setback to 13 feet.  The property is currently zoned R-2, General Residential, and can be further identified as JCC RE Tax Parcel Number (39-1-08-0-0002).
