James City County government offices and courts will follow the schedule listed below for the Thanksgiving Day holiday Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27:
- James City County offices - Closed Thursday and Friday
- James City/Williamsburg Community Center - Closed Thursday
- James River Community Center - Closed Thursday
- Williamsburg Regional Library/JCC Library - Closes 5 p.m. Wednesday, All day Thursday and Friday
- Virginia Cooperative Extension - Closed Thursday and Friday
- Social Services - Closed Thursday and Friday
- Garbage Transfer Station - Closed Thursday
- Courts - Close 12 p.m. Wednesday, Closed all day Thursday and Friday
- Convenience Centers - Closed Thursday
- Recycling - Closed Thursday - All Thursday routes will be collected Saturday, November 28.
