Harvest Festival Craft Vendors Needed

James City County Parks and Recreation needs crafts vendors for the Harvest Festival, an expanded event that features the annual Haunted Forest and Scarecrow Stuffing! This community event will feature food and music, arts and crafts, entertainment, carnival games, hayrides and much more!
The Harvest Festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m., at Chickahominy Riverfront Park, 1350 John Tyler Highway.
If you would like to showcase your merchandise during the Harvest Festival, please call Kelley Herbert at 259-5356 or Angie Sims at 259-5353. Especially needed are pottery, photography, art, basket and woodcraft vendors.
The application deadline is September 28. A Vendor Application is required. The application, a copy of the signed rules and regulations and fees are required at submittal time. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Fees are $25 for a 10 x 10; $40 for a 10 x 20; plus $10 for electrical (if needed). Pop up tents are encouraged.
The Harvest Festival will take place rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable.
