JCSA Water Conservation Rebate Program Changes

As a result of reduced revenues from the economic downturn, the James City Service Authority (JCSA) will change rebate amounts effective January 1, 2010, in order to sustain the rebate programs and to continue to place an emphasis on water conservation.
