The Planning Commission Policy Committee will meet Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 4 p.m. in Building A of the James City County Government Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Road.
The Committee will discuss and evaluate FY11 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) proposals, complete discussions on amendments to the Planning Commission bylaws, and discuss format for meeting minutes.
