James City County’s Board of Supervisors will have a resolution regarding House Bill 438 added to their agenda for the February 9 meeting. The Resolution, titled “Supporting the adoption of House Bill 438 Regarding Dam Safety” will be considered by the Board. The draft Resolution will be posted on the County’s website, www.jccEgov.com, on Monday, February 8.
