New At-Large Representative to the Planning Commission Appointed

On August 11, 2010, the James City County Board of Supervisors appointed a new At-Large representative to the Planning Commission, Mr. Timothy O’Connor.

Mr. O’Conner, his wife, and four children reside in the Stonehouse District. O’Conner is the Director of Operations for the Kingsmill Community Services Association and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations by the Community Association Institute. He currently serves as Chair of St. Olaf’s Parish Council and is actively involved in the church’s food pantry and youth programs. O’Connor is also involved as a volunteer with the meal program offered by Grove Christian Outreach Center and is a Chartered Organization Representative for the Boy Scouts of America.
