JCSA College Creek Waterline Project to Begin

James City Service Authority’s (JCSA) College Creek Waterline Project will begin in early February and be complete in the May-June 2010 timeframe. When completed, the new waterline will reestablish a second water source for Williamsburg Landing and the Lake Powell Road area. A new waterline crossing will be built on a portion of College Creek to replace the existing 12-inch waterline that cannot be repaired. All applicable environmental permits have been obtained.
