Jim Robertson $1,000 Scholarship Award Application Deadline Set

James City County high school seniors have until March 31 to apply for the Jim Robertson Environmental Scholarship. The scholarship was established in memory of Jim Robertson, a volunteer who organized countless beautification projects throughout the community for over 20 years. The annual scholarship recognizes a senior who is developing the same appreciation of our environment and who works to preserve the beauty of our natural landscape. The $1,000 scholarship is sponsored by the James City Clean County Commission and the James City Ruritan Club and will be awarded in the spring. Applications are available at www.jccEgov.com/recycling or at the high school guidance offices.
