Planning Commission Policy Committee Schedules Meetings in early February

The Planning Commission Policy Committee has scheduled the following meetings in early February:
- Thursday, February 3 - Development Standards, including sidewalks, private streets, landscaping, parking, lighting, timbering, floodplain, and outdoor operations.
- Monday, February 7 - Development Standards (continued from previous meeting)
- Wednesday, February 9 - Residential Districts, including all residential zoning districts, affordable housing, redevelopment/infill development, and the cluster overlay district.
All meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will be located in Building A of the James City County Government Center, 101 Mounts Bay Road.
Additional Policy Committee meetings will be scheduled for later in February. Dates and topics will be announced in the middle of February.
Members of the public, organizations, businesses, and other interested parties are invited to attend these meeting and opportunities for comment will be available. If you are unable to attend, comments can be submitted online by visiting http://www.jccegov.com/citizens/fillsurvey.php?sid=6. Meeting materials will be available on http://www.jccplans.org/schedule.html the week prior to the scheduled meeting.
