Planning Commission Policy Committee schedules June 16 meeting

The Planning Commission Policy Committee will meet Thursday, June 16 at 7 p.m. to discuss the following topics:
- Stage II Zoning Ordinance update draft changes:
- Development standards, including parking, private streets, landscaping, tree preservation, sound walls and lighting
- Stage II Zoning Ordinance update draft changes
The meeting will be held in Building A of the James City County Government Center, 101 Mounts Bay Road. Members of the public, organizations, businesses and other interested parties are invited to attend and opportunities for comment will be available. If you are unable to attend, comments can be submitted online by visiting http://www.jccegov.com/citizens/fillsurvey.php?sid=6.
Meeting materials will be available on http://www.jccplans.org/schedule.html the week before the scheduled meeting.
