Update on “Unsafe Structures” due to methamphetamine labs in James City County

 

On Jan. 3, the Fire Marshal’s Office removed the “Unsafe Structure” placards from 1127 Penniman Rd. after receipt of test results indicating the presence of hazardous waste below threshold limits. The structure has been re-occupied by the residents.

 

The Fire Marshal’s Office has not received test results pertaining to 106 Rondane Pl. and that structure remains placarded as “Unsafe”.
