New Town Design Procedures
The proffers and adopted design guidelines for New Town call for two categories of items to be submitted to the New Town Design Review Board (DRB) and to James City County for review. These two categories are:
Master Plans, Design Guidelines, and Amendments
Development Plans
The attached document is a summary of the procedures that will be followed for plans and other items that are reviewed by the New Town Design Review Board and the County. The reader should refer to the proffers and design guidelines. Standard County regulatory review and approvals may also be necessary beyond those stated here.
