Development Procedures

With each application you will find our fee schedule.  Please be prepared to supply a completed application, fees, and required number of copies when submitting your plans along with any other supporting documents required.

The required number of plans is as follows:

* Mylar is not required on first submittal, but will be required prior to final subdivision approval.
** This is the number of plans required initially.  Additional plans may be necessary to be submitted prior to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors meetings.
