SEALED bids/proposals will be accepted by the James City County Purchasing Director or her designated representative at the Purchasing Office, 101-F Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185 until the time specified below for each project. Scope of Work/Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Office at the address shown above or by calling (757) 253-6646 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
