Payment Information
New Fee Schedule for Rec Connect Before and After School 08-09 and Summer Camp 2008.
Annual program registration fee: $30 for residents and $35 for non-residents (nonrefundable)

Payment Option and Deadlines
- Cash, money order, check or credit card are accepted.
- Payments are due Tuesday by 9 p.m. for the following week (includes on-line payments)
- A processing fee of $25 will be charged on all late payments.
- No registrations will be accepted after 10 a.m. Fridays for walk-in or midnight Thursday for online payments. After this time, a punch card must be purchased to attend the Before & After School or Summer Camp Programs for the following week.
- Payments are not accepted at site locations!
- Do not send cash through the mail!
- Service in subject to suspension for non-payment of services.
- All payments, late charges and a re-enrollment fee of $25 must be made before services can resume.

Payments (credit card only) must be phoned in to the James River Community
Center at 887-5810 between 2-8 p.m. on weekdays and 1-6 p.m. on weekends.
- On-Line (www.jccEgov.com) - To make your payment online, you'll need your household number, which can be obtained by calling 259-4200, password, weekly registration numbers and a MasterCard or Visa.
