Patrons without an access pass may purchase a Daily Card for $5. Daily Cards may be used at JCWCC and JRCC. Resident cards are good for 24 months and nonresident cards for 12 months. All non-pass holders must complete a visitor access form and pay the non-resident rate.

JCWCC 5-visit Punch Pass is available for residents who hold a Daily Card and visitors. The punch pass is a convenience to patrons who want to pay a fee that will cover their next five visits to the Community Center.

Residents of James City County and Williamsburg may have free access on the following days. You must present a Daily Card in order to get in for free.

 

 

NR/Resident options

Proof of residence is required in order to purchase or renew a resident access pass. A resident is defined as anyone who physically resides in James City County or the City of Williamsburg. This must be a primary residence as reported on income tax forms and used for voter registration. Proper documentation is required to prove residency. Documentation can be a DMV issued driver’s license with current street address, Virginia I.D. card with current street address, or either of these two I.D. cards along with one of the following that shows street address: a utility bill, lease agreement, voter registration.
