Rental Information-JCWCC

Community Rooms A, B &/or C - A versatile area for meetings and social activities with state-of-the-art audiovisual and telecommunications capabilities. It can be divided into three separate rooms depending on need. The Community Room Wing of the Center has its own lobby, restrooms, catering kitchen and separate entrance. The full service catering kitchen is ideal for food preparation and includes a double sink, microwave, oven, dishwasher, icemaker, double capacity refrigerator. (Catering kitchen is only available with the rental of a room.)

Rates:	Rooms A, B &/or C	1-3 hours: $50/hour per room* Every hour thereafter: $25/hour per room* Security deposit: $25 per room Capacity: 50 per room/100 for two rooms combined/200 for three rooms combined
	Catering Kitchen	Partial use (microwave, refrigerator, icemaker): $15/hour Full use (partial use plus access to oven and dishwasher): $30/hour

Gymnasium (after hours reservations only*) - Two regulation full courts with a total of 12 baskets (2 main with 4 side goals on each court) that can be raised or lowered depending on use. Gym also has the ability to convert for up to four volleyball courts. Indoor soccer is available upon request.
Rates:		1-2 hours: $150/hour + staffing fees Every hour thereafter: $25/hour + staffing fees/Security deposit: $75

Classroom D - A smaller meeting room that offers a mini kitchen with serving window when available. Kitchen offers sink, refrigerator, microwave and oven.
Rates:		1-2 hours: $30/hour Every hour thereafter: $15/hour Security deposit: $25 Capacity: 30

Pool - (after hours reservations only*) - 25 yard x 25 meter pool with zero depth entry access (4-1/2 foot maximum depth). (whirlpool not available)
Rates:		1-2 hours: $150/hour + staffing fees Every hour thereafter: $25/hour + staffing fees Security deposit: $75 Capacity: 100 (total includes water and pool deck)

Entire Community Center - (after hours reservations only*) - Includes Community Rooms, Gymnasium and Pool
Rates:		1-2 hours: $300/hour + staffing fees Every hour thereafter: $50/hour + staffing fees Security deposit: $150

*After hours events require building staff to monitor event activity and enforce building rules. Staffing levels and rates will vary depending on areas rented and participant counts. The Community Centers Administrator will determine staffing levels on a case by case basis.
