If approaching from Newport News, follow Interstate 64W to Exit 242A. This will be Route 199 towards Jamestown. Follow 199 to the Monticello Avenue exit. Turn left onto Monticello Avenue and head straight for eight miles. Monticello Avenue will turn into John Tyler Highway or Route 5, the Park is the last driveway on the right.
If approaching from Richmond, follow Interstate 64E to Exit 234. This will be Route 199 towards Williamsburg. Follow 199 to the Monticello Avenue exit. Turn right onto Monticello Avenue and go straight for eight miles. Monticello Avenue will turn into John Tyler Highway or Route 5, the Park is the last driveway on the right.

If approaching from Newport News, follow Interstate 64W to Exit 238A. This will be VA-143 E towards Colonial Williamsburg. Follow VA-143 E to the E Rochambeau Drive. Turn left onto Airport Road VA-645. The Dog park is approx, 1.5 miles on the right.
If approaching from Richmond, follow Interstate 64E to Exit 234. This will be Route 199 towards Williamsburg. Follow 199 to the RT 60 E exit. Turn right onto RT 60 E and go straight for two miles. Turn left onto Airport Road VA-645. The Dog park is approx, 1 mile on the left.

If approaching from Newport News, follow Interstate 64 W to Exit 242A. If approaching from Richmond, follow Interstate 64E to Exit 234.
Both of these exits access Route 199. Follow Route 199 to Longhill Road. Exit on Longhill Road. If you have come from Exit 234 (Richmond), you will turn right onto Longhill. If you have come from Exit 242A (Newport News), you will turn left on Longhill. Follow Longhill past Lafayette High School to Centerville Road. Cross Centerville from Longhill to enter the park.

If you have come from Exit 242A (Newport News), you will turn right on Longhill. Follow Longhill as it curves to the right. The James City Williamsburg Community Center is on the left.

Go to 1st Stoplight and turn Left on Opportunity Drive.

Both of these exits access Route 199. Follow Route 199 to Jamestown Road. The park entrance is on the right-hand side just before the guard house to the ferry.

From Virginia Beach/Newport News/I-64: Exit 242A/Route 199 West in Williamsburg. Stay in the center lane. Follow 199 West/Jamestown @ 7 miles. Right Exit onto Monticello Avenue/Route 321 East. Turn left onto New Town Avenue (across from U.S. Post Office). Follow to 4301 New Town Avenue. 2007 Legacy Hall is on the left.
From Richmond: Follow I-64E to Exit 75/Williamsburg/Norfolk, following the signs. Merge into I-64E. Exit 234/Lightfoot/Route 199E in Williamsburg . Follow 199E to Monticello Avenue/Route 321 East. At the fork in the road, take the sharp Left onto Monticello Avenue/321 East (stoplight). Turn left onto New Town Avenue (across from U.S. Post Office). Follow to 4301 New Town Avenue. 2007 Legacy Hall is on the left.

Both exits access Route 199. Follow 199 to 60W. Follow Route 60 West to Toano. In Toano, turn left at the Fire Station (Route 610-Forge Road). Follow Forge Road to Lakeview Drive. Turn left at the sign on to Lakeview Drive. Entrance to the park is on the right.
Mid County Park

Follow 199 to Monticello. If you have come from Exit 234 (Richmond), you will turn right onto Monticello. If you have come from Exit 242A (Newport News), you will turn left onto Monticello. Follow Monticello to News Road. Turn left on News Road. Go to Ironbound Road on your right.
Powhatan Creek Access

If you have come from Exit 242A (Newport News), you will turn right on Longhill. Follow Longhill as it curves to the right. The Skate Park will be on the left adjacent to the James City Williamsburg CommunityCenter.
Upper County Park

Follow Route 60 West to Anderson's Corner. At this intersection, go directly across to Route 30 North. As you travel down Route 30 North, there will be a McDonalds and a Texaco station on the left. Turn left after the Texaco station on Old Stage Road. Follow Old Stage to Leisure Road. Turn on Leisure Road which will dead end into the park.
Alternative route:
Take Exit 227 off of Interstate 64 West. Follow this road toRoute 30/Barhamsville Road and turn left. Follow Route 30 to the McDonalds and Texaco and turn left on Old Stage Road. Old Stage to Leisure Road which dead ends into the park.
