Powhatan Creek Park
This facility is part of the Chesapeake Gateways Network and provides access to Jamestown Island and the James River.  Powhatan Creek is listed on the Natural Resources Inventory. Scenic views of saltwater marshes and an abundance of wildlife highlight trips on this beautiful waterway. More>>>

Skate Park
The James City County Skate Park is 10,000 square feet of concrete jumps and ramps.  Only skateboards and in-line skates are permitted in the park.  We recommend children under 12 years of age be accompanied by an adult.  Helmets and protective are recommended for your protection.  More>>>

Upper County Park
This 56-acre park has a 25m outdoor pool, playground, volleyball court, basketball court and picnic shelters, one which seats approximately 100 people and two that seat approximately 50 people each. More>>>

The Waller Mill Dog Park is a joint venture between James City Count and the City of Williamsburg. The dog park, which is located at Waller Mill Park on Airport Road, is approximately 1½ acres. More>>>

Warhill Sports Complex
In the spring of 2000, three baseball and four soccer fields were completed for play. When the entire complex is completed, it will have five baseball, four softball, and nine soccer fields; playground and picnic areas, and the complex will be encircled by a network of multiuse trails. More>>>
